EXTENDED DEADLINE call for applications for members of the Sub-group – stakeholders to the Expert Group on B2B data sharing and cloud computing contracts

The European Commission is setting up a new sub-group to the expert group on B2B data sharing and cloud computing contracts. The expert group has been created to help the Commission draft model contract clauses for data sharing in B2B and standard contact clauses for cloud computing contracts. The subgroup will support this expert group by enabling to take into account the specificities of different sectors in the drafting. Deadline for applications is 15 November 2022.
