DLT pilot regime – publication in the Official Journal

The Regulation on a pilot regime for market infrastructures based on distributed ledger technology has now been published in the Official Journal. It will apply from March 2023. 

The pilot seeks to promote the use of distributed ledger technology in finance by enabling market participants to safely experiment with the technology to issue, trade and settle securities.
